NO REFUNDS ON WHOLESALE AT ANY TIME !!
PLEASE NOTE! Minimum to order is $50. You must meet minimum each order or your order will be canceled and refund. If you continue to not order by minimum you will be removed from ordering from the site.
Replacements: Contact us immediately within 24hrs of delivery BEFORE pressing, washing or wearing If an item arrives damaged or any missing items. We cannot offer any resolution if item is washed or altered in any way. We do not replace or refund any items that are pressed or used at any time. In the case of missing or replacing items that may be incorrect you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package. We cannot help you after 24 hours. Please check your orders immediately upon arrival. If a replacement is warranted you will need to ship the original back to us with tracking before a replacement is sent.
- Made to order sweatshirts/shirts, premade sweatshirts/shirts, and ALL patches are not eligible for refunds at any given time! ALL sale are finalized and are non refundable.

Our current turnaround time is 7 business days. Business Days are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm EST excluding weekends and holidays or vacation time. Please allow yourself time in advance when purchasing with us. We try our best to work with every customer but we are a SMALL business. We will not accept any orders that are needed within 1 weeks time and expected to be rushed. We are here to help you but we also have other orders ahead of you as well. We will be more than happy to refund you at any given time for any unfulfilled orders that may not meet your deadlines.
Rush Shipping
** It will advance your order processing time to 24hrs - 48hrs from when orders are placed. That means it will be packed within the timeframe during our normal business hours 9am - 3pm EST Monday-Thursday. No rush picking will be done on Fridays. Please consider that orders placed after the time frame may push it over to the next business day. We will ONLY be shipping by USPS Priority Mail for 48hr option chosen and UPS 2nd Day Air for 24 hour option chosen.
This will ensure orders at a faster shipping turn around time & method. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY ARRIVAL DATES. IF YOU ORDER NEEDING YOUR ORDER WITHIN SAME WEEKS TIME WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT NOT ARRIVING ON TIME. Please plan your orders accordingly. WE WILL PROCESS WITHIN THE 24/48 HOURS CHOSEN BUT ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR HANDS WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE TRANSIT TIMES.

This will include our current shop's turn around time & the time it takes for USPS to get the order delivered to you. We are not responsible for the shipping time frame once it is out of our hands and in the routes of USPS! ANY LOST OR PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED MUST GO THROUGH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
Please do not order THEN ask us to ship your order by rush method or by a certain date. If rush order is not chosen your order will ship by USPS ground mail.
ANY LOST OR PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED MUST GO THROUGH USPS. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND ASK FOR GPS GEOLOCATION TO FIND WHERE YOUR PACKAGE WAS DROPPED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
